Why LPT
LPT begins with a firsthand understanding of the income roller coaster — and a conviction that a brokerage should help entrepreneurs build durable businesses without defining success for them.
Ch 01 · The Memory
He grew up watching a single mother work between mortgage and real estate — some months secure, some months with the power off. He remembers counting change from the floorboard of the car to get to the electric company, because his mother was diabetic and the insulin in the refrigerator could spoil.
That memory became a question that never went away:
How do you help more real estate entrepreneurs build businesses that can survive the distance between effort and income?
LPT is not the claim that a brokerage can remove every hard season. It is a commitment not to abandon the agent inside one.
Ch 02 · Listing Power Tools
Every agent has to affiliate with a brokerage. No one had to buy Listing Power Tools. Founded in 2016, the "magic white box" of listing marketing had to earn its place in an agent's business on results alone — and it did, over and over.
The roots of LPT are not in charging agents for access to a brokerage. They are in building Growth Products agents voluntarily use because those products help them grow.

Ch 03 · The Limit
However good the products became, a vendor reaches a limit: it stands beside the agent's business, not beneath it. Economics, data, technology, and outcomes can only align so far from the outside.
LPT Realty was created in 2022 to cross that limit — the shift from serving agents across many brokerages to being the licensed, operational foundation under their businesses:
Product beside the business → platform beneath the business.
Ch 04 · The Decision
The brokerage launched in 2022 — as rates rose and home sales headed toward decade lows. The timing was intentional. Robert had built through the mortgage crisis before, and the plan was to use a bad market as an advantage: build the platform while it's hard, so it's ready when it matters. The market stayed hard. LPT kept building.
"When the market is bad, the work is harder and the result takes longer. That is exactly when the platform has to help people stay in the game."

Ch 05 · The Model
Entrepreneurs need meaningful choices: compensation structures, organizational paths, Growth Products, participation levels — and the ability to change all of them as their Individual Definition of Success changes. The platform is built for agents who stay small by choice, high-producing individuals, team members, team leaders, and enterprise operators alike.
"My job is not to define success for you. It is to help build the platform that allows you to pursue it."
Ch 06 · All In
For nearly two decades, Robert Palmer's identity was mortgage. About a year into LPT, he crossed a point of no return — like a flight far enough over the Atlantic that turning back is no longer the shorter route. LPT became the work.
LPT was built without venture capital or third-party debt. That made sustainability a requirement from day one — and it means no outside-investor priorities compete with the agent.
Ch 07 · What Was Built
Scale matters because it lets LPT invest in capabilities an individual, practice, or team could not build alone — without replacing the identity of the business using them. Every figure below renders from the claim registry with its source attached.
Ch 08 · Verified
When the numbers came in, RealTrends flagged the growth for an anomaly review and requested deeper financial and operating information. The result was not rejection — it was independent confirmation. The same pattern repeated later in the team rankings.
That's the version of proof worth having: verified because it looked too fast to be real.
Ch 09 · The Next Person
The recurring idea inside LPT: we did not come only to climb the mountain. We came to be the mountain — the platform other people climb on. Leaders sharing playbooks. Agents teaching agents. Team members developed into leaders. Classrooms at the Ascend campus. The whole community starting every week together.
Ch 10 · The Platform Today
The pattern that built LPT — identify the next constraint agents face, build the capability that solves it — is now a platform:
Ten chapters of history are worth one good decision about your own path.
