The Place
The Lake Mary, Florida campus — a former ITT Tech campus — was developed as a place for the LPT community to gather, practice and collaborate. It hosts classroom instruction, live learning labs, events, Motivational Monday broadcasts, SpringCon, the expo, small-group work and leadership sessions.

SpringCon
SpringCon uses the campus itself — classrooms, labs and collaboration spaces, not just a main stage. In 2026 it brought roughly two hundred agents to Lake Mary for several days of smaller-room application: the setting where a general principle becomes an answer about your market, your listing, your team.
FallCon
FallCon is the full-community experience — the biggest room of the year, built around implementation rather than inspiration alone:
